MONITOR:
This is a small window which you can have reside on your desktop for quick
visual verification of the number of due dates you currently have.
It displays the number of those dates immediately due through those which
are due further off in the future.

MAIN MENU:
This is a full screen window accessed through the monitor window.
Here you have immediate access to all the major Best Tickler functional
components: Case Information Management, Due Date category creation, the
Help window, Case List (all the cases in alphabetical order) window, Set
Warning Periods (for the various time slots: i.e. due today, due
within the next several days, due within the next couple of weeks, beyond
2 weeks, etc.), General (non critical) appointment calendar, and Backup
& Restoration of your data.

CASE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT WINDOW:
This is accessed through the Main Menu. It allows you to select one
particular case to work on (or to create a new case). Here you have
all the general information for the particular case you select (or create).
The names of opposing attorney, opposing client, judge, etc. The
addresses. The phone numbers. The court. The trial date.
The due dates are set through a click
on button here. Modifying the due dates (or deleting them once
accomplished) is done here. Making general
notes on the case. Changing the trial
date. With the click of one button you can create
hard copy print out of
all the information in this window. Additionally from here
you can perform a conflict of interest
search, checking all of your prior clients. And billing
for the particular case under question, is also accessed from this window.
The component windows are laid out in an easy-to-use and natural functional
sequence. Best Tickler was designed to be especially user friendly.
